  • Column 1: species (e.g. HSA is human and MMU is mouse)

  • Column 8: MRE chromosome
  • Column 9: MRE strand
  • Column 10: MRE start coordinate
  • Column 11: MRE end coordinate
  • Column 12: gibbs binding free energy
  • Column 13: p-Value
  • Column 14: FDR
